OWN speaks to approaching your work like an entrepreneur while thinking and acting like an owner. It means taking pride and responsibility in the outcome. (Communication, Decision Making, Accountability) Level 4 - Leading Parkland Define the ‘why’ and empower Level 3 leaders to own the ‘what’ Communicate the function’s strategy and mandate in a clear, compelling, and inspiring way and then provide the runway for others to own and execute Challenge employees and leaders to continually learn, develop and grow Foster a climate that demands clear, fast, open, and accurate communication throughout the organization Champion and promote Parkland’s Talent Management programs, policies, and processes Create a culture of development through on the job experiences Support disciplined risk-taking Create an environment of timely, respectful, and open feedback (top-down and bottom-up)

LEAD - I lead by embracing change and continuous improvementThings move quickly and are constantly changing at Parkland. LEAD speaks to being quick, tenacious, and nimble in all that we do. This allows us to thrive through disruption, adapt through change and ‘win’ by our continuous pursuit of improvements.
